Quiet, relaxing place to stay. Felt very comfortable and happy, ground were well maintained and the staff was very helpful to arrange anything that was needed (renting a scooter, taxi, etc)

It’s took me 2 hours to drive from canggu to Ubud. I was looking for chill place to stay with view for romantic get away with my husband. When we arrived the guy at the reception told us, that roof at our room is fall. He knew it’s broke because it’s been some time ago, but he did not even tried to call or message me in the morning to tell, that we can’t stay in the room we booked. Instead of that he offered us to stay in the hotel near by which called Chakra. The place had dark rooms without view. He thought it will be ok with me to stay in other place, instead of luxury room which I booked. We had to leave. The reception guy waist 5 hours of my life. I had to drive back home to canggu which it total took me 5 hours. Why you did that to me??? Stay away from this place with staff who treat customers like he did to me. My friend booked room in this hotel for August which is in 1 month from now and after my story with this place, my friend asked them, if he is staying in the room with the view. Masion hotel staff said no and tried sell to my friend room which is not on the are profile photos. He asked for refund, but Maison is holding his money and trying to sell other room to him. This places should not be sold in booking.com. It’s a scam !!!

It is a small comfortable hotel with the magnificant view on the valley. You can enjoy this view constantly from breakfasts to sunsets. Rooms, staff, service, location, breakfasts and all other things there are perfect.

The view is amazing, bed was really comfortable with nice sheets. All the attention to detail put into the room is very well done. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to stay at Bali Maison.

The owners of the hotel are living on the same property. The breakfast is basic.
