Lokalizacja hotelu jest znakomita, blisko centrum i większości usług turystycznych, gastronomicznych i uzdrowiskowych.Pokój był czysty, łazienka wyremontowana.

Wyposażenie pokoju ma już swoje najlepsze lata za sobą. Wykładzina kwalifikuje się do wymiany i nadaje pomieszczeniu niechlujny wygląd. Telewizor wielkości ekranu małego laptopa z fatalnym odbiorem nie nadaje się do pokoju tej wielkości a jego oglądanie dodatkowo utrudnia brak możliwości oparcia się o cokolwiek ( na ścianie jest deska a poduszki są wielkości jaśków).

To bardzo elegancki hotel, wszelkie dekoracje są bardzo stylowe , a obsługa w pełni profesjonalna. Największe wrażenie zrobiło na nas śniadanie pięknie podane w formie bufetu szwedzkiego i zadbano nawet o miłe melodie podczas posiłku . Pani kelnerka to przemiła osoba i bardzo serdeczna. Do dyspozycji gości jest bezpłatny parking, a w pokojach firmowe ręczniki oraz mini kosmetyki jak również zestaw do zaparzenia herbaty.
