GBBeautiful house, everything looked like new and it was very well equipped. Sofas and beds really comfortable. Opposite is a little craft beer micro pub and another one round the corner. Short 10-min walk downhill to the town.

GBBeautifully presented, comfortable and immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater but we loved the wood-fired pizza place and neighbourhood pub close by.
GBThis is the second visit to the property this year and we have booked again to visit in January ! It’s an ideal location near to everything, clean and comfortable . Also a little park across the road to nip the dogs out , before going out for the day . We visited Bakewell for a day and also visited some lovely local pubs to eat out near by . Accommodation has all modern amenities including a dishwasher and washer if needed . The property is situated on a steep hill and parking near by hasn’t been a problem for us .

Parking .. couldn’t park outside the house , had to park a few streets away which was difficult to do at times .. Very steep hill to walk into town , not advisable to anyone who is not fit !
GBThe location was perfect for exploring Matlock and just a short drive from Matlock Bath. Convenient location for amenities with a co-op, m&s food hall and pharmacies etc nearby. The property is homely and comfortable, the beds were comfortable. Some little welcome touches such as some milk and wine were nice too! The key safe was easy to locate. The property was clean and nicely furnished.
No parking at the property or on the street until after 6 (one hour stay between 8/6) so it meant finding nearby parking. There is a couple of car parks nearby but a little info might be nice, especially about the rover pass parking to avoid fees racking up.

No downstairs toilet. No parking at the property. Albeit there is parking nearby.
GBIt is a very comfortable cottage. Immaculately clean. Well presented and there was everything there that you needed. The cottage was in an ideal position to explore the dales. And with Matlock having a railway station you can have days off from driving.
Personally it was the pillows I didn't like but I am fussy!
