I liked the location of the hotel — everything you need is nearby: a supermarket, a salon, and a coffee shop, which is very convenient 👍

However, the room we stayed in was not very clean. There was dust, and we had to clean it ourselves. The bathroom was dirty, although the listing stated that all amenities were provided (including toilet paper, etc.). The shared kitchen was a separate issue. No one cleans up after themselves, and I constantly had to vacuum and wash the floors to maintain cleanliness. I understand that it is a shared space, but certain measures should still be taken by the staff. The kitchen cloths and sponges had an unpleasant smell. During the 7 days of our stay, they were never replaced, even though I contacted the staff and asked for them to be changed. Unfortunately, there was no response.

The loveliest room I have ever seen. Only downfall is people doing their laundry at 1am. The room is next to the kitchen so you cannot sleep. Apart from that all is perfect.

Easy access, very good for location

Kitchen was left untidy and floor was not as clean as I would have expected, crumbs of food too evident.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The fellow guests are genial and work together to keep the place working.

Utter chaos. The management has totally lost the plot. Overflowing bins with feral cats eating the garbage. Door codes change randomly, leaving people locked out. A guy just turned up at night and found that the room he had booked was already occupied by someone who has been here three weeks. The woman on the phone expects the problem to disappear. That is typical.
