Center Haus

Πρόκειται για ένα ανακαινισμένο παλιό κτίσμα με πολλές παροχές. Είναι πολύ μεγάλο σπίτι με αρκετές παροχές και πολύ ζεστό. Τεράστιο πλεονέκτημα ότι έχει πλυντήριο/στεγνωτήριο, επομένως διευκολύνει ειδικά οικογένειες με μικρότερα παιδιά. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα στάθμευσης εντός της αυλής.

Βρίσκεται σε κοινή αυλή και σε όμορο εγκαταλελειμμένο κτίριο. Το βράδυ ειδικά που είναι σκοτεινή η περιοχή δεν αισθάνεσαι απολύτως ασφαλής, ειδικά με μικρά παιδιά μαζί. Τόσο η αυλόπορτα, όσο και η πόρτα του πάρκινγκ θέλουν είτε επιδιόρθωση, είτε αντικατάσταση. Είναι σκουριασμένα, την μέρα που χιόνισε δεν μπορούσαμε να ξεκλειδώσουμε, δυσκολευτήκαμε πολύ.

Ubicación a 15 minutos andando de plaza universidad y plaza unirii en una calle sin ruidos .Cama y almohadas comodas, Buen wifi ,buena calefacción. Buena relación calidad precio. Recomendable.

La situation géographique. 5mn à pied de la vieille ville. Appartement grand, très bien équipé. Facile pour stationner.

Къщата е голяма,топла има една специфична миризма ,но не е такъв проблем . Има паркомясто в двора -голям плюс. Домакинът е любезен и отзивчив.Много удобен матрак!

Има кафемашина ,но няма кафе. Възглавниците бяха неудобни.

The property is very spacious and visually appealing, with beautiful terracotta, parquet, and ceiling decorations. Parking inside the yard was a big plus, and the location close to the city center is very convenient. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the washer/dryer combination in the bathroom, the many available towels and sheets, and the kitchen water filter, which was useful as the tap water was sometimes rusty. The host was kind and responsive when issues arose. The decorated Christmas tree was also a nice touch. Overall, this property has great potential and a good location, but cleanliness, maintenance, and limited guest control affected our overall comfort.

Despite the renovation, the interior of the house had a noticeable moldy smell. There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as dead spiders in drawers next to the bed, dusty old toys left in the wardrobe, a broken kitchen cabinet, unstable furniture, and old or broken kitchenware. The coffee machine required specific pods that were difficult to find. We also experienced problems with the door access and heating. The door lock battery ran out, leaving us unable to lock the door until it was replaced, and while the host could operate the door remotely, this left us feeling uneasy, not being able to control the front door. Similarly, the temperature in the house was lower than comfortable and the thermostat was locked, meaning we could not adjust it ourselves and had to rely on the host to do so.

Era miros de mucegai.

La casa esta muy bien ubicada, muy cerca del centro de Bucarest. Era muy acogedora y tenía todas las facilidades que se busca en una casa vacacional.
