We stayed at the ONCRI in Furuyu Onsen and had a wonderful time so we were excited about this new location in Karatsu but were pretty disappointed. We paid for the nicest room expecting a luxury experience but: - The room was very small: 4 futons and all the space for anything else was gone - They didn’t have hand towels for the bathroom - The bathroom floor was extremely cold and no slippers - The geta (sandals) are extremely difficult to walk in around the hotel - No chairs in the room which is hard for older people - The onsen was a big disappointment: no view because of the condensation on the window, no outdoor bath, sauna is not hot enough, cold bath is not cold enough - Check-out times were wrong: we left early in the morning and nobody was there to check us out even though it said that we were within check out times on the website. We had to come back to the hotel afterwards to pay for the remainder of our bill. - Prior to checking in, I called and messaged twice to explain to them about our arrangements (we had booked another room with children), and they still didn’t get it right when we arrived The balcony was large and had a nice view of the ocean but that was about the only good thing.

食事がとても良く、ゆっくりした時間を過ごせる事が出来ました。　またプールもありロケーションも子供達も喜んでくれました！

部屋の入り口の扉が狭く、出入りの時に靴が引っかかるのが大変でした、最後にお土産をとおもったんですがなかったのも残念でした　オンクリと記載しているお菓子などあれば職場や友人にもお土産にもなるし。
