The owners were lovely, room very nice and little dogs were cute! It had a great social area for hanging with other guests - very cosy :)

Excellent guest house - would absolutely recommend! It is run by a lovely couple who were very kind and welcoming. They don't really speak much English, but we managed through Google translate. It was lovely and warm and clean. They do breakfast and have a small bar where you can order food and drink. They will provide towels for free if you ask them. Shared shower/washroom and individual male/female toilet. They have a little dog that is very friendly. Very quiet overnight. We'd booked a bed each in the male / female dorms, but we were lucky and got the room at the back that had two beds in it, which was a nice surprise.

l'emplacement est très pratique, le lit est confortable ainsi que les tables chauffantes dans le salon ☺️. La chienne Koharu est très mimi et ne fait pas de bruit la nuit, et les hôtes sont super chaleureux et accueillants ( on nous a meme offert un porte cle :) je recommande vivement cet endroit

les murs sont très fins dans les chambres semi privés, il faut s'attendre à etre réveiller par des gens qui discutent ou qui marchent tot le matin

Todo nos encantó!! La propietaria es un amor de persona. Nos hace sentir como en casa y su perrita es muy especial, mi niña no quería dejarla. Las tostadas francesas que nos hizo de desayuno estaban deliciosas. Los futones fueron los más cómodos de los que hemos probado en Japón, la mesa con mantas y calefacción por debajo eran increíbles, daba ganas de seguir todo el tiempo en el salón general. Los detalles que nos ofrece la estancia marcan la diferencia, como las frutas, café, té y onsen público gratis. El onsen público (semi-exterior) que entra con la estancia es muy cómodo y nos permitió relajarnos bastante tiempo.

Falta un espejo en la habitación y por la noche había una huésped que no paraba de hablar, era un poco molesto.

I love love loved my stay here! Like many others said, it was too bad it was only for 1 night. The hospitality, the home cooked dinner, the coziness of the place, lounge areas, clean, and how spacious it was, made it one of my fave spots while I stayed in Japan! As a bonus I was given a coupon to use the public onsen baths which was a nice treat. Easy location to get to the monkey park by bus. Walkable to train station. Sekichan was nice enough to let me keep my belongings at the place while I visited the monkeys the next morning and got to come back and pick up my stuff.

There's nothing not to love about this place.

Very cozy traditional guest house. We appreciated the very nice and helpful host, the breakfast is delicious (I recommend trying the Matcha latte). She also provided with invitations for a nearby onsen which we really enjoyed!
