Ljubaznost i profesionalnost djelatnika na recepciji koji su bili izuzetno susretljivi i spremni pomoći u svakom trenutku. Pogled iz hotelske sobe bio je prekrasan, a sama soba uredna, prostrana i vrlo udobna. Također, sadržaj sauna bio je raznolik i kvalitetan, što je dodatno doprinijelo opuštanju i uživanju tijekom boravka. Doručak je bio izuzetno bogat i raznovrstan, s velikim izborom jela i pića, tako da svatko može pronaći nešto za sebe.

Jedina zamjerka odnosi se na kupaonicu u hotelskoj sobi. Iako je bila čista i uredna, osjećao se neugodan miris po urinu koji je, čini se, dolazio iz instalacija ili odvoda. Osim toga, boravak je bio vrlo ugodan i rado bih ponovno posjetili hotel Vivat.

"Bazeni ok, vse ostalo pa bolj hotel s 4 zvezdicami po EU standardih."

Zajtrk v redu, pri večerji nekatere jedi hladne (že takoj na začetku ob 18:00), nekatere neokusne.

Na recepciji za brisače je gospa neprijazno dodala (kot v času stare Juge) v kakšnem ''odmaralištu'' v Dalamciji: ''mokro brisačo lahko zamenjate samo enkrat na dan''. Rezervirala in plačala sem ''dvoposteljno sobo z balkonom in s pogledom na park''. Moj pogled z balkona je bil na ravno steho s steklenimi svetlobnimi kupolami in razbravano plastično travo - soba 207.

Zajtrk je bil v redu, večerje pa, sicer z velikim izborom, a mnoge jedi hladne in nekatere brez okusa.

Na recepciji za brisače je gospa zelo neprijazno dodala: ''ampak samo enkrat dnevno lahko zamenjate brisačo.'' Ista stvar se lahko pove na način, da nimaš občutka, da si na JUGO carini. Taz sem rezervirala in na ponudbi/potrditivi je pisalo: ''dvoposteljna soba deluxe z balkonom in s pogledom na park'' - jaz sem gladala na ravno streho s svetlobnimi kupolami in umetno travo - soba 207.
