Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, praktisch und vollständig ausgestattet. Der Anblick aus dem Fenster war sehr schön. Die Fotos in der Werbung entsprechen der Realität. Der Vermieter war sehr lieb und freundlich. Da wir selbst einchecken mussten, hatten wir daher kein Problem mit dem Vermieter. Der Vermieter spricht gut Englisch und war immer erreichbar.

Vergognatevi. Non si può affittare un appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore e con le scale poco praticabili per la presenza di scatole, mobili, piante e madonne e santi vari ai muri.. E' stato tutto un inganno. Dalla vista mare, vista monti vista spazzatura, vista fabbricato disastrato, vista ferrovia, vista casino e........ basta non mi dilungo Attenzione alla piccolissima cassaforte perchè è facilmente asportabile con quello che metti dentro( non era ancorata) Pentolame per la cucina insufficiente Nel bagno non c'era sapone in confezione monodose o bicchiere di plastica monouso. Tuttavia c'erano due residui di sapone usato e consumato che lasciavano pensare che non fosse stato pulito il bagno La formula "non rimborsabile" doveva far capire che dietro c'era l'imbroglio delle scale senza ascensore. Imbroglio aggravato dal proporre l'assicurazione per il rimborso da richiedere entro il giorno dell'arrivo. quando ormai era troppo tardi.

Das Apartment war neu, gemütlich, modern, geräumig und sehr sauber. Wir haben das Auto neben dem Strand stehen gelassen.

Die Lage ist zwar nicht ganz zentral, aber der öffentliche Strand ist gleich vor dem Wohnblock.

The owner was helpful, the apartment is super clean and new, nice design, fully equipped, spacious, we didn't miss anything. The bedrooms are silent with the sounds of waves only. The Pompéi site is 10 min by car from there. A lidl nearby and pizzeria Fratelli Calabri was good.

Beautiful flat just like the pictures. Very clean, view of the beach and we could also swim in it for free. Great location for exploring southern Italy with a car. The owner was extremely helpful with small problems we had and gave us recommendations for food and travel. Recommended
