Valentina panoramic seaside house

Great location, full top floor of the property for us. Very private. Full kitchen to use and living space, not to mention the patio. Wish we could stay longer but definitely great value for money. Host very responsive and helpful and made everything very easy and smooth. Bonus was the excellent music speaker in the unit!! 10/10

Parking was a bit of an issue, would have liked to park right at the unit but had to park a few steps away down the road. Still secure but would be more convenient closer to the unit at the actual parking spot right at the door since no one was using the spot.

As soon as we entered the house we immediatelly felt at home. Amazing terrace with a mountain and sea view. Everything in this house from glasses, dishes, furniture to book selection etc is hand picked so tastefully and of the best quality we were super pleased. Good location, few minutes to the beach. You can tell that the host really cares about guests by how well equiped this house is .Really really recomend! 🫶

Stunning terrace with views of the sea, spotlessly clean; welcome pack of bubbly and snacks. Quiet. Everything you could wish for.

Property was fine but be careful of the access road it’s a bit bumpy. No problem as long as you are careful.

The house and the entire equipment were well maintained, clean and really cozy. We enjoyed the time in the house, especially the breakfasts and dinners on the terrace. The beaches in the area are varied and beautiful. So Cagliari is within easy reach and there are various shopping opportunities in stores and markets in the vicinity. However, having a car is definitely an advantage. We'll be back for sure!

Valentina is a wonderful hostess. She even took pity on us and brought us from the airport at midnight. She provided milk for our breakfast. The house is large, scenic, and fully equipped. It would be easy to have guests or come with a larger family. Valentina seems to have lots of helpful connections for rental cars and other requests.

Internet was sporadic.

The beautiful apartment with everything needed! The terrace is really huge and suits for dining, sunbathing, jogging and even partying with friends if you like to do so:) Peaceful neighborhood, and the most you can hear is the sea and a bit of motorway that passes some 100m from house. Shops and restaurants are in minutes away by car but you can find anything nearby.

Very nice, cosy apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The place is enormous and well equipped, nothing was missing. The terrace is huge and has lots of space for many people. There is table soccer, a tennis court for all yourself and gym equipment. The host is very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

we had wonderful time. 2 min from the beach and around 5min by car to the store. just amazing view from villa. highly recommend 🙂
