Rodeway Inn Holdrege

the experience was the worst . the bed was horrible the carpet had burn holes in it there was garbage under the bed the smoke detector was pulled out from the ceiling and missing and wires were hanging from the ceiling. oil on the dresser, sticky night stands and very small and blurry tv. when i requested a different room they told me there where none, then he said if i give you a different room i have to charge you a additional room charge fee. the staff was very rude and not helpful at all.

Good low cost. friendly employees.

1. Door lock latch didn't work properly so I reported it. They didn't say they could fix it but instead demonstrated how it was still secure with just the one lock. They never said it would be repaired. 2. I booked for 2 days and they cleaned the room but took ALL of my stuff out of the room. I appreciated they cleaned the room but I couldn't imagine they would pack up all my stuff as if I had gone and just left everything behind.

Mattress was terrible, pillows were the smallest and flattest I have ever seen . The room was a bit worn and very outdated. breakfast was very limited. we had do get our room keys re-programed 3x in a 2 day stay.

While traveling with a large group for a daily event presentation, needing to stay in a different town in a different Hotel/Venue each day we were lucky enough to stay at the Roadway Inn. The business Development Director, Upjeet Sahota went above and beyond. Checking in 20 rooms after a long bus ride was a breeze, everything was organized and ready for us. Rooms were extremely clean, as well a the venue space. I would highly recommend staying at the Roadway Inn if needing a hotel room next time you are in Holdrege NE.

Just had a great experience at this Rodeway Inn. Checked in after 10 with our dog, the night staff, Amber and Arissa, were very friendly and efficient. They let me know that breakfast was available earlier than posted on the website, which was ok, I thought. The room was clean and all amenities worked. The next morning, sure enough the breakfast was available, and I was pleasantly surprised by the offerings! When was the last time you had an omelet at a chain hotel? Very, very good selection of breakfast here. I complimented the hotel Director, Upjeet Singh Sahota on his staff, he was quick to praise them. Overall, a very good place to stay with a pup, with a great breakfast. We'll be staying here again.

Location was great. Staff was pleasant.

Bedspread had a cigarette burn.
