Golden mount residency

Location was quite. Have good food at cheap price.

Worst hotel. No clean. Air con was at 18 degree celsius but not cold. No WiFi. To use WiFi the receptionist told us to come down 1st floor to use WiFi as the connection to rooms are not available. Toilet Water supply always disrupted morning between 8am to 9am. Breakfast only idly , doesn't provide Tea or coffee. Receptionist said it is not included in breakfast. Idly is hard like a rock. Worst breakfast. After I check out I gave the hotel key to the receptionist . After we left the hotem about 20 minutes later he call and said that we never give the key. Later he said he found it . Very headache.

breakfast was very poor. No selection or choice. Served on a scratched plastic plate. Brought to the room. Two idly, bit of dhal and a bit of sambal. No drinking water in the room. Toilets were hopeless and smelly. Tile floor has never been moped.

This is an old construction with good facilities. But the people who leased the property and runs it don't maintain it. Cupboards broken, bathrooms never cleaned. Abandoned appearance. No water provided. No service.
