Harbour Inn

Located on a quiet road a few minutes walk from the town centre. Friendly, comprehensive welcome. Large, well appointed room with comfortable bed and decent shower. Excellent beers and food in the pub.

No private parking, but plenty of space and no concern being on the road.

Breakfast wasn't included, but there were croissants with jam and butter kindly left in the room, and decent tea, coffee and hot chocolate if we wanted with fresh milk in the mini fridge.

Great location, fabulous food for a pub, huge room.

Only that they had a power outage when I was there and the room was pitch black! They got a generator in later that night though and obviously not their fault. They kept me informed so it was all fine and power was on the next day.

The place was very busy in the evenings and had a good buzz

The lighting in the room was poor, need a light in the “lounge” area and bed very low, not the best for comfort
