A really cute apartment with a good location! The host Ezy is so nice, he gave us recommendations for where to go and left us so many bottles of water for our stay. The air conditioning works very well and even though the July heat was awful outside, inside the apartment we were very comfortable.

The location is excellent very near to the cathedral with restaurants and cafes all around. Bed is comfy a lovely place. The host was brilliant, very helpful with recommendations which all turned out to be great.

Everything was good. Just a warning it is a lovely old building which means a flight of steep stairs so take a deep breath.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and the location just AMAZING! I loved the paintings on the wall! :) Plus we had a great contact with the owner. He’s very kind and helpful. I hope I’ll have a chance to stay there in the future. I recommend this place to everyone!

Prefect location for a good price. We found everything we needed there.

We liked everything, but I suggest to place the big mirror somewhere near the entrance door and some shelves in the shower cabin.

The only positive was its location near the cathedral and shops.

This property has been misrepresented by the owner. We left after one night. There is no lounge area - it is a tv in the bedroom! The property was not clean as there was dust everywhere and faeces in the toilet. The owner claimed that was not accurate. He just seemed to want to argue the point when I messaged my concerns. The shower was a fixed head but neither of us could stand under it as it is short because of the low ceiling height. The place was very noisy as neighbours spoke loudly until about 2am. I couldn’t sleep and when I detailed this to the owner, he said to shut the windows and put the fans on! The fans only worked at one speed - cyclonic. Who wants to close the windows in May? Also, the stairs are very steep and the lighting is poor. It was very dark at night with only one light. I’m sure they are not legal. We are used to climbing stairs in old buildings so it’s not just us complaining. Every point I detailed to him, he wanted to argue about it! He has also misrepresented what I said to him to others. I’m glad we didn’t speak to him in person after we left. It’s also disappointing to hear how he misrepresented us. We did not ask for a refund for the three nights we didn’t stay, but I did ask for the city tax back for those three nights. He won’t even refund that! I have waited to submit this review as we had the rest of our trip to enjoy. This was the worst place we stayed in (and only for one night) over the 8 weeks. I think he really believes he has a wonderful property! Do not stay there!

Location was great, close to everything we wanted to see. Good to catch up on sleep after 24 hrs of travel.

We absolutely loved the apartment! Everything is just perfect about it: location - in the old town opposite the cathedral and near royal palace, the most important monuments of Palermo and walking distance to all best spots but apartment is in the little street, which means no street noise at night, very quite, unlike in Vucciria. High ceilings makes it feel very spacious , sort of minimalistic, Mauritanian decor. I loved the walk-in showered and the kitchen high table. There is a little balkony to hang out clothes and wet towels or have it open and sip your morning coffee or an evening next glass of wine. There is a Kings size bed and a single bed. There were two of us, but me and my teenage daughter but we are thinking to come back again with my mom so perfect for three people. The owner has another apartment next door so we might take our friends with us. All facilities are available: iron, hairdryer, tv (we logged in with our Netflix and watched „”Godfather”), wifi, microwave. 3 towels per person, one big, teas and coffees provided. There were also 2 big bottles of water when we arrived and box of camomile tea, which we became fun of. Coffee pot to make your espresso. Now about the owner, host - Ezy was absolutely fantastic! He is an artist who loves his city and is very knowledgeable. I had some questions prior to our arrival so he responded promptly, than we communicated via Whatsupp. Our plane was late so he reassured us he would wait, no problem, we arrived around 11 pm and not only felt welcomed but he went out with us at night and gave us an introduction tour. It was truly amazing, we had fun and he was very thoughtful throughout our stay. if I had more questions about places to eat, food, trips etc. He showed us places we would not come across on our own and there are not in the guidebooks.
