"Sunshine Daydream was physically pleasant but functionally not adequate to be rented as it needed"

Location was good.

Main bedroom had serious floor softspot damage which we had to carefully step over which became very inconvenient and annoying. We discovered ants the kitchen countertops had gotten in our food. The refrigerator completely broke and ruined much of our food and could not be replaced/repaired before our departure. The hosts rationalized our situation and only reimbursed $70.00 toward our conservative estimated $129.00 food loss. Upon arrival, the hosts did mention the floor damage which they expressed as being recent and minor(which it was not) and we would have opted to move to another property had we been aware that it was an option especially considering the price one pays for the rental. Also, a recent storm had damaged the nearby walkway bridge to the beach resulting in us having to drive a 1/2 mile and pay an entrance fee to the beach park(understandably out of the hosts control) Repairs by City were not imminent.
