Convenient, comfortable with many thoughtful touches

Confusion about whether they could or couldn’t accept luggage transfer (initially we understood they could but after bags were sent they said they couldn’t which was stressful. Ultimately it was ok and bags were in our rooms when we arrived) This arose I guess due to no staff on site which also made checking in a slightly complicated procedure involving making a video call

自主checkin浪費太多時間了 指示都不夠明確

自助checkin 太複雜了 浪費很多時間 由其從熊野古道走了七八小時 又要浪費很多時間checkin開房門， 抓狂

Really nice place with a lovely garden where you can relax / have a meal in the sun or barbecue. You can heat it up in the winter days. There is also a home cinema device in the room, as well as shared facilities, like a pizza oven.

It’s not exactly that I didn’t like but it’s good to know that you need to prepare the meals yourself. You have all the ingredients (fridge was really full) but keep in mind that if you come there after a long hike, keep some energy to prepare your food.

廚房櫥櫃尖角下方垃圾桶，沒有包覆，不小心彎下易碰到頭，我就撞了兩次，腫起來，第三天還會痛

電気ケトルの温度が上がらず、お湯が使えなかった。連絡したが対応してもらえず。ケトルに表示されている業者に電話してもダメでした。滞在中はとうとう温かいお湯は飲めませんでした。こういう場合は、「〇〇であるはず」という答えでなく、改善の対応をしてほしい。

新，房间内设施齐全。近露附近不太多的选择之一

线上沟通回答很快，但基本都是no，不提供帮助，不收行李，checkin 过程不太方便，应该清晰邮件告知早晚餐都需自己烹饪，价格较高因为自己做饭

Easy to find, check in and out, staff available when needed, super clean and modern rooms, amazing balcony on top! Love this place!
