Size of property and layout

We felt very mislead by the description of the property. the front of the building was boarded up which didn’t give the best impression. Inside the property it was dusty and dark and in need of maintenance The stairway was unsafe with uneven steps where the concrete had worn away and no clear markings on each step which is a huge hazard. Despite us messaging the host 1 month before our stay advising the host that we have a disabled family member and we needed suitable parking nearby. The host did not advise that the apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lifts and there was no designated parking. Access details and parking information was not provided until the day before our stay which left us in a difficult situation as we had no choice but to stay at the apartment as it was too late to book anywhere else . It was extremely difficult trying to get our family member up and down the stairs with all our luggage. In side the apartment the curtains fell down when we tried to close them. Towels were old and coarse. There was a lack of clean sheets and duvet cover or blanket for the number of persons staying. Some of the electrical appliance didn’t work properly , hob and microwave. There was no hot water to wash so we had to keep boiling the kettle. The toilet lid kept falling down when trying to sit on the toilet. I could go on but the fact of the matter would be that I would not have booked this property had the host made me aware of where the flat was situated and it was not accessible or suitable for persons with disabilities.

Bright apartament.

For 6 adults it wasnt enough comfortable space for sleeping. We didnt had enough bedding, when we arrived all bedding and towels were handing over the chairs- because they was still wet. Soo we needed to dry them first and then make the beds ourselves, didnt had any toilet paper and towels enough for 6people.
