Mobile home was spotlessly clean & comfortable. Staff were so nice.

The shop didn't have a good selection of food. No eggs or basic food stuff but we just got it elsewhere.

The caravan (we booked a 2-bed and were in the Stirling Lodge/caravan) was absolutely immaculate - was expecting it to be a bit dated or naff as caravans can be but it was really nice, with plenty of space and modern finishings. Had everything we could want or need to cook, beds were comfy, etc. Really impressed. The site itself was easy to find, check in was quick and simple, and location was great for us. Easy access to some nice walks. A small query about the heating in the lodge was sorted straight away. Couldn't fault it!

Wifi works fine but isn't super fast if that's something you'll need - I paid for the premium wifi and this was pretty good. Transport to London via bus (215 bus) was a bit of a pain because over the 3 days both going to/from the campsite the bus either didn't turn up or took twice as long as expected every day - that's not the site's fault at all but if you're booking for something specific and will be relying on public transport into London it's worth adding an extra half an hour on to your planned journey so you're not late.
