End to end facilities. Right from healthy food , swimming pool , well equipped gym. And there’s even a large hospital attached to the property. May be especially useful if people have a medical condition.

The checkout timings were very rigid and staff was also not very polite. The breakfast was also very bland

- Receptionist Joycelyn and Priyanka were really great to interact, they helped us though out our stay about each and every step, alongside guiding us for our Journey in Indore, Mahakaal and Omkareshwar, they provided special attention to my senior citizens parents, in-fact staff working at LCH are good! - Lawn and swimming pool along with multiple sports activities (after all, it’s a fitness center), scenery was nice for us - Food from hotel, it’s great, and tasty (we ate almost all time in in-room dining Honestly due to dedication attention of receptionist our stay became top-notch and could overlook the cons Forgot to take photos of room, else they are spacious enough

- I believe I missed stairs reaching to room (there almost 10 stairs) it was bit complicated for my parents but it’s fine staff helped, if there is a mobility challenge it might be difficult for that person to reach to room - Hot water, was a bit of issue specially to reach early morning, if all the rooms use water at same time, it takes high time to get hot water to your room, however staff helped us to get bucket of hot water delivered to our room - if there is an event on going it’s not really soundproof, I used to sleep earlier hence it was bit something, if you sleep after 11pm it should not be an issue

Vegetarian restaurant non veg not served and allowed its not a hotel its just an accommodation with some activities. Breakfast included but no buffet only 3-4 items are offered Main gate is being closed at 9 pm. Moreover staff especially manager was over clever not professional behaviour
