"Go for costs and location there is nothing to compare . But if you are fussy with your toilets then you will find it not"

Location is very good

The toilets are rather cramped… the basin cum shower water hose makes the water pressure low and the fact that toilet paper is not to be flushed down the toilet bowl is inconvenient and hard to get accustomed to.
