Beautiful appartment with a stunning view! It looks even better in real! Very clean! There is a private parking. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was spanking new with very good appliances. As both units were on the very top floor of the building, this meant that we got very good and lovely views especially on the wide and high terrace. However, this also meant that if you have luggage, especially big ones, be prepared for a steep climb as there are no elevators (this info was clearly represented at the time of booking). The area was very quiet and peaceful and the terrace looked out to the lovely view. Beds were very very comfortable and there was very good space for 2 children to play. Location was also good, especially with a car, since it was very well connected to the towns and a very pleasant walk to the lake and even to Como centro.

We travelled with friends and took both apartments on the top floor. The plumbing was mixed up between hot and cold for one apratment (Visconti) and in the other unit, Raimondi, the hot water was erratic and the water temperature was a roller coaster of hot and cold throughout a short shower. We alerted the issue to the host late at night as that was when we returned from the travelling and visiting in the day and Marco was as cheerful and helpful as he could be and even came to the unit to check early in the morning. Yet, on weekends, there was no one available to solve the problem. Overall, the apartment is a very good stay, but they do need to fix the hot water problem.

Location is great if you have a car, which we did. Parking lot is easy to access. Very nice views in the morning and it's quiet.

Would have liked a checkout time a bit later than 10am but that was no big deal.
