Trenython Manor Resort

Beautiful building. Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Pool and spa were good.

Finding the room was confusing at first, would have been nice if we'd been shown to the room in person. We had a large room but there was no view at all, the window had frosted film and when you opened it, there was a wall in touching distance. Beware if you have trouble with stairs, there are no lifts at this hotel.

The building and location are wonderful

Most bedrooms had the shower IN the BATH high step up and down, could prove dangerous. Buffet breakfast looked very good but mostly luke warm and not very appealing having to eat cold eggs and bacon.

Beautiful grounds.

Only got 1 bottle of water and when I asked for another, was told that only 1 bottle was provided.

Reception staff very good, waiting staff could do with being a little more attentive. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast offered a good range of food.

Room was ok ish. Salim at reception desk was extremely pleasant, polite and professional.

No aircon, shower mixer was awful, shower hose was too short, grime/mould around shower screen and taps, ceiling discoloured from leak from above, poor bath drainage and bathroom constantly smelled damp/mouldy. Breakfast was awful. No lift and way too many steps to my room on 2nd floor -210
