"Mi sono trovato molto bene in hotel, e Ferrara mi è piaciuta molto."

Pur essendo singola la camera era spaziosa e ben arredata, il bagno idem; tutto confortevole e silenzioso. Impiegata alla reception incantevole, più che gentile ed efficiente, addirittura amorevole, la figlia che tutti vorremmo, la receptionista che tutti gli hotel dovrebbero avere, faccio i complimenti all'ufficio del personale che l'ha saputa selezionare. Colazione gustosa e varia, tutta roba di buona qualità, dai panini coi semi, alle marmellate, agli yogurt, alla marca del the, alle bevande.

Hotel pulito e centrale, ottimo per esplorare la città a piedi e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione con una passeggiata di meno di 15 minuti. Camera ampia e luminosa, letto un po' morbido ma confortevole, temperatura della stanza ottimale. Grande doccia.
