Worst service . Expensive Everything in hotel was bad

Peaceful night stay having decent food, easy access to nearby restaurant and shops. Values for money.

The property felt safe and well maintained, daily housekeeping was prompt and non intrusive. Everything was smooth.

Room was clean and comfy. Staff courteous and quick to help. Breakfast had good variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone

location and Infrastructure

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Despite booking a double bed deluxe size room, I was initially given a twin-bed room, and it took about 30 minutes to get it resolved. There was no staff available to assist me with my luggage, and I was handed the room key only after a 45-minute wait. The breakfast service was also unsatisfactory—only one item was offered (either poha, upma, or sandwich), and it had to be ordered individually. There was no buffet option, which is highly unusual for a hotel stay. On top of that, I was asked to pay extra for breakfast, even though it was already included in my booking. At checkout, I was not provided with a payment receipt, which felt quite unprofessional and raised concerns about the management’s transparency. Overall, I regret choosing this hotel, especially at such a high price point. I had other options, and while cost isn't my primary concern, service quality and professionalism are essential in the hospitality industry—both of which were clearly lacking here.

Location of the hotel is great. Easy to access everything nearby. Rooms were decent and the staff helped us throughout our stay.

Exceptional staff service guided us with dinner reservations, travel routes, and gracious local hospitality.The good manager personally thanked us at departure, adding warmth and appreciation to our stay.
