Exceptional stay in the heart of Pisa! The apartment has a perfect location — just a two-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Elisabetta is incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with anything you might need. She didn’t hesitate to assist us in an unexpected situation, for which we are extremely grateful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and superb staff. Relais Pacinotti is a short walk to the Leaning Tower and steps to many wonderful restaurants and sites. Elisabetta was gracious and helpful. We especially enjoyed to courtyard with its lemon and orange trees, and the two cats who we befriended.

For us, the bed was a little bit hard. Perhaps for others it would be OK.

Wonderful location one quiet block back from the busy tourist street and 2 minute walk to the tower. Very lovely garden oasis, old world building with modern touches. As a solo traveller I really appreciated the communication from Elizabetta who also met me late to insure I could settle into the room safely. Highly recommend.

Location was excellent very close to the tower Plenty of bars and restaurants close by Room was lovely 🥰 comfortable bed lots of space good shower and a bonus of an outdoor space Host was incredible friendly and full of useful information A perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this centro storico apartment, which is in building with great history. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The garden was really nice. The location was perfect – just a short walk to all the main sights, restaurants, and shops. The host Elisabetta was amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more pleasant. We’d be happy to recommend it to all our friends and be back for sure!

Posizione eccezionale, la storia della struttura mi ha affascinato, è la casa dell'inventore della dinamo (wow). Una bella fusione fra moderno e classico, con un pavimento a mosaico a dir poco stupendo, il giardino interno è molto bello per momenti di relax. La cugina della proprietaria ci ha dato una mappa della città e dato indicazioni che ci hanno aiutato a riempire le giornate e ad orientarci nella città senza alcun problema, sia lei che la proprietaria erano super disponibili, ci siamo sentiti a casa

Il nostro breve soggiorno non ha giustificato l'uso della TV in camera, tuttavia per il prezzo sarebbe stato meglio avere una smart TV per vedere un film nel letto, la connessione internet era abbastanza scarsa e "saltellante" ma dato il maltempo durante la permanenza non me la sento di giudicarla troppo. Gli infissi della camera avrebbero bisogno di paraspifferi, sia per mantenere la temperatura sia per garantire privacy
