Villa Simeon Marrakech

Great service by the best staff. Camelia was very helpful and kind. In the morning, we were welcomed with a nice breakfast. If we needed anything, Camelia, Anas, and Oussama were always there to assist us promptly. The villa was beautifully maintained, and the team ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

The house is big and pretty and looks like in the pictures.

* Defective Lighting: The lights were faulty, turning on by themselves and causing some of us to sleep with the lights on. * Non-Functional Bathroom: The bathroom at the entrance was unusable. * Ant Infestation: The house was infested with ants, rendering several areas unusable. * Broken Lift: The lift was out of service. * Faulty Door Handle: The main door handle was falling off. * Inadequate Hot Water: There was very little hot water available in the showers. * Water Leak: A leak was present in the main room. Additionally, the early check-in we arranged was a disaster. We were allowed entry at 1:30 PM only to find the property in a deplorable state, with signs of previous occupants' activities (which had just left) including alcohol bottles, condoms, cannabis, medicines, helium, finger prints on the wall, and blood-stained papers. The villa was nowhere near ready by 3:00 PM as promised. The brief cleaning completed by 6:00 PM still left food in the fridge, underwear in the garden, and debris on the floor. We were shocked by these images. Furthermore, the villa staff was unprofessional and unreliable. The manager was difficult to reach and failed to fulfill commitments. He rescheduled a masseuse appointment without letting us know in advance and cared to answer his phone only after multiple phone calls and hours of waiting. Moreover, after generously tipping the cleaning lady, we were shocked to learn that she attempted to claim our remaining food.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The property was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa was even better than the pictures. A special mention to the manager and staff—they were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their service truly made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I would definitely come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Simeon in Marrakech, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the level of service provided by the manager, Simo, was nothing short of exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, attending to every detail with professionalism and genuine care. The 24/7 assistance and housekeeping services were outstanding. The staff was always available and ready to help with any request, ensuring that the villa remained immaculate throughout our stay. This level of service made us feel truly pampered and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary experience provided by Najat. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Moroccan cuisine. Each dish was crafted with fresh, local ingredients and presented beautifully. Her cooking alone is worth the stay! Overall, our experience at Villa Simeon Marrakech was beyond our expectations. If I could rate it higher than 10, I would give it an 11/10. It was that good. For anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Marrakech, Villa Simeon is the place to be. Thank you, Simo and Najat, for making our trip truly special!
