CNAmazing view! Marco has been very helpful and kind! He always answered our question immediately. He helped us arrange private boat. It’s just ten minutes walk from Capri dock. I love lemon trees in the garden. Windows are great, can’t hear any noise. Very quiet and safe area!

AZThe location of this property is wonderful. The sea under your legs and the view it was amazing. When you wake up you and look around makes you start your day with good emotion. The manager guy is very pleasant and kind person. He helps you with a good restaurants, good places to visit
We faced a problem with showering. After 10 minutes the hot water finishes and you have to wait 40-50 minutes for hot water.

SAThe place is exceptionally good and exactly like the pictures. The main room is SUPER great with awesome view and most of the rooms in villa livia are big. Also, the roof top is awesome too during the daytime and the night. The air conditioning is functioning well, and the wifi has strong connection. A special thank you to Antonio!!! He took our stay in Villa Livia to next level!!! Antonio cooperated with us since we booked the apt. he communicated with us thru message, emails, WhatsApp. he helped me with booking ferry tickets and how to get exactly to the Villa. He arranged to make reservations for us to book a private boat and nice tables in restaurants,, plus he recommended nice places to visit. lastly Antonio provided us with a welcoming flower for my special occasion!
