Everything was perfect from the place itself it felt home away from home the welcome and help was awesome

We were welcomed by Lungi, well spoken and gave us a warm welcome. The place itself was beautiful, clean and welcoming.

The network in the area was poor

Location was great ... there is a helper on site .. it is a 3 min drive to the scottsbough beach

Honestly had the worst stay ever, there wasn't anything good about this as we had no water in the entire duration of our stay , the managernon duty Anette was very unhelpful and rude to us as guests, when I cald her to notify her about the property not having water she asked me what she must do. Also I then contacted the owner and she promised to refund but then she cooked up a false story and never gave our refund as promised. Totally disgusting behavior and unprofessional.

We didnt enjoy our stay at all,m so disappoint ed ,they were complaining about the noise even during the day but the quite time it 22:00 pm to 8:00 they were call me non stop asking me and my group to leave the place because neighbours are complaining about noise,,we were group of 10 ladies showly they will be noise coz we book the place to enjoy ourselves,,,,really the treatment we received was very bad even my friends were blaming me for choosing the place.

The place was so beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

The house was in a very quiet suburb, but well located to reach the beach, shops, and the highway if you need to go to other places. The daily helper, Lungi, lives on the property and is available at any time for assistance. She is so friendly and no request is too much for her, she's a real angel! The owner of the property, Dawn, visited us a few times and is a mine of information on the area, the best beaches, restaurants or places to visit. She's a real honey! The house is large and well laid out, perfect for a great family holiday!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, although we felt some maintenance should be carried out in the house. 1 toilet door closer has been put in incorrectly, so the door doesn't close. Some kitchen cupboards smell very musty and damp.
