Long Linhay is beautifully appointed, part of a historic farm, close to stunning coastal scenery. The owner, Kate, can not do too much for you. A lovely place to stay.

The cottage was lovely and the hosts were very welcoming. There was plenty of wood to light the fire in the evenings and we had homemade scones left for us on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with various dishes for baking and a slow cooker, so cooking meals was easy. There was a lot of leaflets and guides for local information. The village of Mortehoe is easily accessible without having to go down the main road, which was handy due to the speed of traffic and lack of pavements. Woolacombe is a couple of miles walk away. Both villages had friendly pubs.

Such a lovely warm welcome. Everything clean, tidy & smelt fresh; kitchen well equipped and bed comfortable. Scones were a lovely little treat! Easy walking distance to Mortehoe village.

Only a small niggle but you had to be careful when leaning over sink in the bathroom as the shelf was a bit in the way!

"Perfect place for a couple to stay,comfortable and homely and immaculately clean."

The property is immaculate,it is in a beautiful position and ideal for walking along the coastal path. The property was only ten minutes by car to Woolacombe and a short walk to a nearby village with everything you might need. The property was very well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable.There was plenty of hot water and a very nice shower with decent pressure.

There was really nothing to find fault with.

The Linhay was an amazing place, very spacious & clean and lots of little touches all round the place! It was so peaceful but enough walks and things to do nearby so a fab location! 👌 Kate was very welcoming but not intrusive at all after showing us round & we felt very welcome and comfortable! We will definitely be back!
