Stone Square Apartment

The owner is a kind and good man. However, the property is in poor condition. The buildings are old and rundown, with painted walls surrounding them. The toilet is an outdated, broken style, requiring water to be filled in a bucket for flushing. The kitchen’s gas stove is very old and continues to spark even after cooking, which is quite scary. We were a group of six people who booked a reservation for four nights but ended up staying only one night. It was a waste of money and time. Very disappointing!

Spacious and clean

Shower needs to be connected to a wall. Having to hold a shower whilst washing is a pain.

Its in centrum you have everything around! Best location! Owner helpful and nice guy!

The apartment is next to a small plaza with various shops (groceries as wel), some pubs and public rransport.

Everything was fine

Big enough to accommodate a big group. City center 5min walk. Restaurants and night life nearby.

Apartment itself very clean and nicely furnished. Location excellent. Two minutes walk from Old Town. Thirty seconds walk from the tram. Fifteen minute walk from the Danube.

Walking up three storeys of stairs when you’re fifty and out of shape. View wasn’t great but then you don’t spend long in the apartment.

We really liked how easy it was to get the keys. The directions from hosts were also easy the follow and they even let us check in earlier than the regular time! The apartment was located in the very center, was clean and spacious, it also had a character which we loved. Absolutely worth the money!

When we entered the apartment there was bedding ready for only 6 people instead of 8. We found some extra pillows and blankets in the closet but had to put the covers on ourselves. We also only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3,5 days for 8 people which is a very small amount. When we contacted our hosts with some questions they responded after we were already on our way home to our home country.
