Clean. Good location

WiFi didn't work. Bathroom light didn't work. No mirrors in the entire apartment including the bathroom. Boiler in the bedroom was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Windows didn't close properly.

Very noisy people above. Can hear every footstep on the main stairs in the house.

The apartment is cute and it had everything on it. It would benefit from having more toiletries. You have access to a yard which is nice for morning breakfast when sunny.

You have to pay quite a high deposit which amount stays pending but they still charge you 1 pence, which doesn't seem much but if they do this to everyone who stays there then the hotel gains some money per year from a hidden fee (they do tell you about this when you check it, but no before you book). There was a strong smell of cooked food from previous person that was there and it would have benefit from some dusting.
