The location was great.

The sink had an issue where water would build up, the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, and the daily cleaning was just okay—they did the basics but nothing beyond that. It did not smell like they cleaned.

"One of the best hotels in Durango."

I love the facilities. There is a gym, pool and the lawn area where I caught a couple volley ball games. I love that there is vending machines to be able to grab a snack or whatever if needed. I love how you go in through gates before reaching the front of the hotel especially because it’s on a busy corner.

The breakfast could have been better maybe buffet style and the size of the room and beds could have been bigger.

La alberca, como siempre excelente ambiente, agua templada, y, al estar techada, fuimos capaces de usarla aunque estaba lloviendo 10/10

Todo me pareció excelente, no hay ruido, los baños son limpios, las camas sumamente cómodas.

No había tollas en la habitación, nos estuvieron engañando que las llevaban enseguida y nunca llegaron, argumentaron que estaban esperando la lavandería, otra mentira. El o la gerente descansando sábado y domingo cómodamente mientras el hotel tenia un serio problema que resolver, increíble¡¡¡ Este problema se presento en al menos 10 habitaciones, fuimos a un evento y no pudimos estar listos porque no nos podíamos bañar. Como es posible que un hotel de esta categoría no tenga toallas suficientes.
