Staff, accommodation and pool.

Friendly staff , free bike hire with hotel , offers to do excursions if you wanted. Resort itself is very nice , clean & maintained to an amazing standard

Only thing if I’m being picky Breakfast could have been improved to have a bit more variety don’t let this put you off staying here though.

Brak ciepłej wody jednego dnia - akurat było bardzo zimno tego dnia - tylko 10 stopni więc zimny prysznic nie był niczym przyjemnym. Odpływ z prysznica bardzo wolno zabierał wodę - po 2 minutach prysznica stałem w wielkiej kałuży

Location, cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff.

We were a larger group and rented 5 rooms...The area is a "little out" from town but is very quiet and is not far walking street and lake too.... The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast it was ok. I have nothing to comment on. For that value of money is perfect. The staff is very nice and helps you with recommendations, advice and pretty much everything you need. I recommend and I will definitely go back there.

Felt very resort like. In amongst the local area it had all the facilities and wonderful pool area which we desired along with a spacious and comfortable room.

It was somewhat out the way of everything. And felt a bit eerie as there was nobody else there. If you want to socialise here might not be the place as it was very conserved and quiet. But still a nice place to relax.

The place is quite and amazing. Beautiful and cozy. Staff especially the lady we were dealing with most of the time was so kind and helpful. Restaurant open all day. Breakfast with both Vietnamese ans Western options. We loved it!

Bathroom could be cleaner.
