Cosy Corner

Fusty smell in caravan., smelly dirty carpet. with dog hairs. Not a cosy corner, the main view was the back of another caravan.. wasn't as good as brochure photos.

Caravan was great. Comfy and great layout. Everything provided. Owner was very pleasant and communicated throughout.

Lovely caravan very comfy and cosy. Good having 2 loos ! Gas went off ...Haven were there very quickly to put new bottle on. The Brgghouse was a good pub, staff friendly and helpful..

Flies ! And the TV wouldn't stop buffering . Nothing anyone could do ... couldn't use fly spray.cos of allergies . All told we enjoyed our weekend away

Great location nicely positioned on the site.Well equipped caravan on a haven site.Overall it’s ok.Super responsive host which was much appreciated as we could not get the tv to work but someone had turned off the WiFi

The caravan is a little dated inside and interiors showing signs of use ie cushions and throws in living room.Bedroom bedding needs replacing poor quality and felt washed out.Some local attraction leaflets would have been a nice touch in addition to your information guide on the property

Situated in a lovely corner of the park. It was a lovely get away for a few nights. Really cosy and warm. We enjoyed the comforts that staying in a private caravan holds. The caravan was clean and tidy and equipped very well. Played a few board games that gave us quality time as a family. Went on long walks to Scarborough and to Filey. Worth getting a taxi back from Scarborough though as the walk was very adventurous and we saw a seal colony on the rocks below. Was wonderful to see with the kids . Our stay was overall a big thumbs up.

The door on the caravan needs a new seal as cold air does blow through. Also with being close to a hedgerow a few flies were present but the lovely owner did provide fly spray so was no longer a problem. Wasn't sure how to work WiFi as it said wasn't registered but we weren't really fussed about that as it made us connect😁Brighouse couldn't provide us with many things on the menu due to running out so only ate there once.

The location.

The boiler leaked and had to get the services out three times. The PAT test is 2 years out of date on the microwave and it sparked. We were lucky it never blew up. There was dust and cobwebs in the bedroom.
