The location is great, close to the centre but still in an area that feels "local", in a building and street inhabited by locals. Good restaurant options around. The terrace is great plus, with nice sunset views. The room is of good size and has everything needed for a short stay.

While the apartment was quiet enough for most of the stay, in one of the night some teenagers/young adults went on top of the roof (apartment being on the last floor, so directly above) and partied all night, shouting, making unbearable noise and hence impossible to sleep.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and well maintained. It was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is also convenient, as it is relatively close to the city center and many of Thessaloniki’s attractions.

The biggest drawback was the parking situation. Finding a parking space in the area was often difficult and time-consuming, which can be frustrating, especially for guests traveling by car.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Το κατάλυμα είναι μοντέρνο, ποιοτικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για ολιγοήμερη παραμονή. Η καθαριότητα ήταν 5 αστέρια, ενώ το στρώμα, τα μαξιλάρια και ο καναπές ήταν πάρα πολύ άνετα. Η διαδικασία του check-in ήταν εύκολη και οι υπεύθυνοι πραγματικοί επαγγελματίες.

Die Ausstattung war sehr neuwertig

Sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Viertel ist sehr angenehm und lebendig. Alles ist super eingebaut.

The apartment was cozy, clean and having all we needed. The balcony was great, we could see the sea in the distance.

The main reason why it is not a 10/10 is the sewage-like smell that lingered in the apartment. We believe it came from the sink, and unfortunately airing the apartment did not help much :( Additionally, the bedroom neighbored with bathroom/kitchen of the other apartment, and whenever they used the tap water we could clearly hear it - not ideal when your sleep is not deep.
