The level of service and hospitality by the staff was incredible. Rooms were clean and the food served in the restaurant was great too. We had some issues with our itinerary which they solved without hassle. Truly a great place that we’d be happy to return to.

The water right beneath the bungalows isn’t really optimal for swimming. It’s better to either get into the water from the end of the pier and swim across to the opposite little island where there are great snorkeling opportunities. Or you borrow a complimentary kayak and paddle to the other nearby areas for even better snorkeling/swimming.

Мы жили в бунгало на воде. Какой же это восторг просыпаться и засыпать с видом на море.

Купаться с пирса нельзя, вода мутная и грязная. Есть в отдалении площадка, с которой можно доплыть до небольшого рифа. Но на саму площадку трудно выбраться с каяка, лестница полусгнившая и ржавая, а потом надо плыть метров 50 по мутной глубокой воде до рифа. Есть еще риф около старых мостков, до которых надо тоже плыть на каяке минут 20-30 в тихую погоду. Там риф побогаче.

Beautiful hotel. Superb location. Excellent food in the restaurant. All the staff is outstanding, they really go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. The Sea Suites are very nicely furnished.

Прекрасный отель, душа отдыхает. Был дождь, но наше проживание прошло восхитительно. Домик на воде очень живописный, ночью были слышны звуки обезьян.

Das Menjaga Bay besticht durch eine außergewöhnliche Lage und eine sehr geschmackvoll gestaltete Anlage. Unsere Bergvilla mit privatem Pool war nicht nur äußerst geräumig, sondern auch sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Ein großes Lob gilt dem Personal: Die Mitarbeiter geben sich größte Mühe, den Aufenthalt so angenehm und besonders wie möglich zu gestalten. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse für Reisende, die Wert auf Privatsphäre und ein besonderes Ambiente legen.

Aufgrund der naturnahen Lage und der Reisezeit (Regenzeit) waren Insekten in der Anlage sehr präsent, worauf man sich als Gast einstellen sollte. Einziger echter Kritikpunkt war jedoch die Gastronomie: Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant konnte leider nicht ganz mit dem gehobenen preislichen Niveau mithalten. Zudem fehlt ein kleines Gym oder Sportangebot, um die Abgeschiedenheit noch besser nutzen zu können. Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Anreise ist gerade während der Regenzeit etwas beschwerlich und setzt eine frühzeitige Kommunikation mit der Rezeption voraus.
