1. At check-in we were not welcomed, and no entry information was given to the site, where I had to go back to find out, even after passing the entry time. 2. when we arrived at the house it was freezing, I called to ask for information about it, and after receiving all the information, I was warned that I would always need to turn off the heater if I didn't have it in the living room. I missed autonomy! 3. While we moved the bed to access the heating in the rooms, we found the floor, condom packaging, baby wipes... What we saw was disgusting! 4. the shower in the upstairs suite does not work, it is just a trickle of water, I warn you that it is better not to waste time in this bathroom, because it will never work properly, the heater in it, makes a noise like an airplane when taking off or maybe even worse. Agonizing noise. Avoid using the shower part of the bath because it doesn't work at all! Finally we had to go down to take a shower in the other bathroom, the water works like this: Either it's cold and it's super hot, there is no average temperature for a shower, or it rips your skin from being so hot or it freezes you! 5. The mattresses are poorly adapted on the bed, my boyfriend sat on the edge and fell because he didn't have support positioned correctly, so he fixed it! When we went to sleep we noticed that the mattress was terrible, when we got up and went to the bathroom it was noticeable that it was not good, my boyfriend was sunk into the mattress, it was like a seesaw. 6. the next day we woke up without internet, electricity, and without hot water to take a shower, so that's when more problems started. 7. We felt that more attention was given to the camera installed at the entrance door than to us guests who were experiencing a problem of lack of electricity in the house at all times. 8.

The size of the space.the Lodge has everyting we needed including candles. Very very thoughtful

One of the bathroom shower was blocked and did not allow water flow

Warm, clean with comfy beds in the twin room, plenty of clean towels, the living area and kitchen were fine. When we contacted them they always got back quickly.

Couldn't seem to regulate the temperature in the showers, no wardrobe in twin room and double bed mattress wasn't great. Had trouble getting terrestrial TV but a nice chap came out to us to try to help.
