"Brutta sperienza da non ripertere"

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza di 19 mq ma un realtà era di 11 mq, abbiamo chiesto di risarcimento i soldi ma non hanno acconsentito e hanno preferito darci una stanza piu grande un giorno dopo

Il condizionatore della stanza nuova che ci hanno consegnato non funzionava era praticamente spento, e la mattina abbiamo trovato una blatta nel bagno. I cuscini di abbellimento sul letto erano pieno di peli, da toccare con i guanti in lattice praticamente. Siamo andati via dalla struttura un giorno prima perdendo un giorno di soggiorno ma guadagnandoci in salute, nessun rimborso proposto dell'host che è stato informato sempre sui problemi riscontrati.
