"major disappointment"

Nice balcony.

30 step narrow spiral staircase to apartment (no mention in property description). The code to the apartment didn't work. Only 4 coffee capsules for 2 people for 4 days, host never delivered more. No number on the building and the biggest problem was that we stopped getting water our last day. No sink, no shower, no toilet. The host explained that the town turned off the water yet everything close to use had water.

"Very nice stay in city center"

- the stairs are very small and ciclic, not good if you have big luggage.

Fantastic location, brand new and super clean. The host is helpful and response, gave me useful tips.

The key code system didn't work well, huge pain. The room is super small and cramped, and getting baggage up a spiral stair-case is no good. No staff on site.

"Stylish apartment in the heart of Heraklion"

The location is great! It is very easy to get to the main attractions. Hosts did their best to create comfortable and stylish apartments. There is a self-check-in service, very convenient.

Note that there is a spiral staircase, and you won't be able to get to your room if you have some issues with your health OR if you have a big suitcase with you))
