I tried to get a refund due family reasons and was told by owner that there not a charity an no refund will be made an i never stayed this place is disgusting even asked me to make the bed myself an help mop the floors avoid at all costs pictures on site is no were near what this place looks like

The photo of the room must be 10 years old. Entering the front door the place smelled off. The bedroom was tidy, but the bedsheets smelled terrible. The TV didn't work. The bathroom was dirty and uncared for. Toilet and bathmats very dirty. Went downstairs to ask owner/ employee to ask if another room available and for wi-fi code. No wi-fi. No other room. Asked for refund but then he claimed he was from Ukraine and no English. But he could get a guy called Oleg to come round and sort me out. Whatever that meant. Can provide actual photos if anyone wants them. Asked for refund online based on the above, simply replied TV just didn't have Netflix and wi-fi did work. No refund. Cheap, yes. Cheerful, absolutely not. Left immediately.

The hosts didn't speak a word of English, conversations had to be through google translate. Free WiFi was advertised but not provided. Luckily I was staying for work as nothing was available to entertain and no option for food unless bought from local stores.
