Apartamentul este in regula.

Comunicarea cu gazda este doar unidirectionala si minimala, strict prin mesageria Booking. Am solicitat factura, mesajele au fost ignorate, nu am primit, desi am dreptul sa primesc factura. Nu raspund la telefon/sms. Deci banuiesc ca daca ai o urgenta, nu ai cu cine discuta.

Dirty apartment, unpleasant to touch something, dirty and torn sheets, grey towels from usage..

Totul nou si foarte curat. . Apartamentul a fost aproape de interesul meu. In apropierea apartamentului sunt supermarketuri iar Promenada mall aproximativ 15 min de mers lejer pe jos.

The building is new and clean. It was video surveillance. I really liked how the apartment was furnished and felt really comfortable, like home. It was modern and warm. The windows offered really good soundproofing from outside. It’s on the back part of the building, not the side of the boulevard where the cars are passing. The bed was comfortable, I slept well and the blackout curtains were huge bonus. The kitchen is well equipped, big enough to prepare meals. We had good communication with the host and it was easy to check in. Kaufland is really close, walking distance of 5 min. Also the metro station “Pipera” is around 10 min away. From there, you go to the city center for no longer than 20 min. Really comfortable. The apartment has great potential!

However, there are a few things that I think should be improved. This will make the apartment perfect. Shower curtain was missing and the water was going out, even though I was extremely careful to not do so. The curtain will solve this issue immediately. Some additional hangs for the bathroom will be great bonus, they were missing. There was dishwasher, however there were no tablets, I was not able to use it, had to buy whole package of dishwasher tablets, if I wanted to use it. Neighbours upstairs were walking loud and I heard their steps through the floor which was annoying at moments.

Am apreciat locația, clădirea este nouă, instrucțiunile de a ajunge foarte clar redate, cheia am găsit ușor, prosoape curate, baia curata. La bucătărie a fost aparat pentru cafea și toaster.

Nu am apreciat că am primit doar o plapumă chiar dacă rezervarea era pentru 4 adulți, la mesaj nu au răspuns. Vesela la bucătărie murdară. Un pat nu a fost aranjat, doar 2 cești pentru ceai, restul pentru cafea espreso. Doar 2 scaune la masă.

Apartamentul a fost confortabil si bine dotat. Multe locuri de parcare in zona
