Appartamento Vero_Arco

Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock (unterm Dach) eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Haus ist komplett umzäunt mit einem großen Garten und eigenem Stellplatz (das ist in Arco bei akutem Parkplatzmangel ein großes Plus). Das Auto ist somit absolut sicher abgestellt. Das Apartment hat einen großen Balkon zur Südostseite und zwei kleine Mini-Balkone zur Ost- und zur Südwest-Seite. Die Blicke in alle Richtungen sind grandios! Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Gasherd, Kaffee-French-Press und einem Smart-TV (Satellitenempfang gab es jedoch keinen). Das Schlafzimmer kann mit elektrischen Rollos komplett abgedunkelt werden!

Vor dem Haus führt eine befahrene Straße vorbei, die aber Nachts sehr ruhig ist und zumindest bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum zu hören ist. Toilettenpapier war eine kleine Rolle vorhanden und Ersatzrollen gehören nicht zum Standard. Ebenso konnten wir keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine finden und auch keine Geschirrhandtücher. Das alles mitbringen. Auch Öl, Essig, Paprika, etc. (ist in vielen Ferienwohnungen vorhanden) war nicht vorhanden.

Very nice apartment, spacious and very clean! Also well equipped with everything that you could need during the stay. Perfect choice for couple of days around Garda Lake.

Very spacious, actually bigger than our own flat, free parking in the garden, terrace with nice views, private & calm.

AC didn’t work so we had a hard time to sleep, location a bit further from the center, which is ok when travelling by car but you have to count with some walk if you go for a late night drink. Some basic facilities like hand soap were missing.

Exceptional! I would give 100 to this apartment and the host was amazing. Very nice and polite and easy to work with since I changed my departure date twice. SUPER CLEAN!
