Tempe Oasis

Great staff. Just odd that there is no staff at night and that a code is required to enter after hours. As a solo female traveler - I wondered who else has this code and am I really safe?

The front desk (Sam) offers excellent customer service and the room is nice and pool clean.

My stay at Tempe Oasis was absolutely amazing! Everything was immaculately clean and the AC was freezing cold, which is a priority in this AZ heat. Actually, the AC was the coldest AC I’ve ever witnessed in my life, haha! The pool is beautiful and inviting! It’s also very convenient to have a full kitchen and washer to use when you please. I will definitely be booking with them in the future.

Staff is awesome. Rooms are always clean.

I paid for a pool view and the pool itself was out of order and drained for these days. I would like reimbursement on the extra fee for pool view please asap. Thanks

The service was top notch at the front desk and the room was great! Definitely hidden gem. Only drawback was that the pool was getting redone but on a positive note seeing the care taken by the facility and staff was being taken. The neighborhood is hit and miss but not the hotels fault.

I like to take stairs, but for someone who does not, be aware that there is no elevator. I like the full kitchen arrangement. Some room even have laundry facilities.

Would have been nice to have card key for access instead of access codes tha t sometimes didn't work.
