Onia Luxury

Se trata de un edificio de apartamentos nuevo y completamente moderno, por lo que la gran mayoría de personas viven allí de manera habitual. La ubicación es inmejorable y la posibilidad de dejar el coche en el garaje le da un plus. Nuestro apartamento se ubicaba justo al fondo de la segunda planta.

Cuando llegamos no había toallas, pero la chica que nos atendió fue super resolutiva y en media hora nos las trajo. Lo malo es que algunas estaban sucias, otras olían a tabaco... menos mal que el apartamento dispone de lavadora y pudimos darles un buen lavado antes de usarlas. Por otro lado, no dispone de artículos básicos para una estancia: no hay detergente, sal, aceite, café, servilletas... no hay absolutamente nada, cosa que se agradecería muchísimo teniendo en cuenta que se promociona como un apartamento de lujo. El aire acondicIonado de la habitación no cuenta con mando a distancia, por lo que para encenderlo y apagarlo teníamos que hacer malabares subiéndonos a una silla para poder darle directamente al botón del propio aire. La terraza sí, muy bien, pero totalmente inútil con vistas a los vecinos. Unas sillas y una mesa hubiera estado genial para poder disfrutarla. En cuanto al WiFi sin comentarios, tuvimos que tirar de nuestro móvil para poder conectarnos a internet.

De kamers waren mooi, ruim en schoon.

We mochten niet parkeren terwijl er enorm veel plaats was in de parkeergarage. De airconditioning werkte niet goed in de kamer. Het zwembad had geen zon en het uitzicht was echt mottig. We konden helemaal niet terecht bij het personeel omdat er letterlijk geen enkele keer iemand in het hotel aanwezig was. Toen ik berichten stuurde werden deze gewoon genegeerd.

Everything was perfect and spotless. The apartment was extremely clean, tidy, spacious, and modern, with a very high standard. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and didn’t miss a thing.

Place itself was nice but the staff was worst I have ever seen.We waited 1.5 hours to get the room.Nobody answered.We calles 15-20 times.Dont recomend this place

The apartment is brand new and very modern. The pool area is lovely. It’s in a walkable distance from the old town and close to the bus station.

The WiFi did not work at all, not even on the TVs in the apartment. The host was really unhelpful with this, ignoring messages and occasionally replying saying it wasn’t their problem and telling me to contact the building maintenance team after I explained that I needed the WiFi to carry out work calls. There is no sofa bed, simply a large sofa to sleep on - the property isn’t suitable for more than 2 people and shouldn’t be advertised as such. It also lacks some very basic things that would make a stay more enjoyable - salt and pepper, tea and coffee, tea towels to dry dishes etc. When I arrived, the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied from the previous guests and there were two bottles of half drunk wine under the sink! There is no furniture on the balcony which makes it kind of pointless. Overall, the apartment is modern and clean but that’s about all it has to offer. Not worth the price and lacked the amazing hospitality I experienced elsewhere in Montenegro.
