Casa Gianna

Hemos estado 2 noches en Casa Gianna y hemos estado mus cómodos. Alessio nos ha hecho buenas recomendaciones para aprovechar mejor la estancia en Bérgamo y desde el apartamento es muy accesible tanto la Città Alta como la parte nueva.

Fantastic apartment, great value, and very clean. Brilliant facilities and so close to train station. Lovely powerful shower. Helpful guy when checking in. I'll be back!

Mój pobyt w tym miejscu był naprawdę udany. Warunki noclegowe w pełni spełniły moje oczekiwania – było czysto, komfortowo i przytulnie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje Alesio, który od początku pobytu był w stałym kontakcie, szybko odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania i zawsze chętnie służył pomocą. Dzięki temu czułam się bardzo zaopiekowana i mogłam spokojnie cieszyć się pobytem. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu i świetnej obsługi.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment for 2 people and easily accessible. The staff managing the apartment is friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Staff is very friendly and communication is easy and efficient They contacted me day before to confirm my arrival time aand we stayed in touch during all stay. Also all information was clear. Super communicative and I felt truly well-cared for. Location is good, close to the main station and airport bus stop. The entire apartment is amazing, really clean, very spacious, well equiped and I'd definitely stay there again (thist time for a longer period and not alone as place is perfect for a small group 1-3 too).

Everything was fine. It was really hot outside during my stay in Bergamo so I'd consider to instal A/C ;)

La grandeur, en plus il était du côté ombre. Parking sécurisé et gratuit. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Bien situé proche bus.

Manque de vaisselle : un seul mug et une seule tasse. Cafetière minuscule ( pour une personne alors que l appartement est pour 4) et inadaptée à la plaque à induction. On a dû aussi réclamer un étendoir à linge: il faudrait vérifier les équipements plus souvent.

Foarte bine amplasată (6-7 min pe jos fata de gara Bergamo), marketuri în apropiere, gazde foarte amabile!! Avionul nostru a ajuns dimineața, a plecat seara. În ambele zile am găsit atât de multă înțelegere pentru a ne ajuta cu bagajele (deci am câștigat două zile pline de vizitat). Apartamentul este încăpător, am fost cuplu dar cred ca au loc 3-4 pers. Bucătăria utilata, iar apartamentul este fff curat! Mulțumim!
