"Poor customer service"

We booked the facility for two nights, our booking was confirmed, we even spoke to the host and he gave us the directions to the premises. To our surprise on our arrival at the premises, the accommodation that we booked was not available, instead they offered that we use the caretakers bedroom, such disrespect and poor customer service.

"Overall stay was pleasant"

The location was good and the surrounding was good and internet facility was also good.

The staff were too lackadaisical, DSTv not working due to non payment, Breakfast was always late.
