I arrived to a dirty place and cleaned for the first week to try to make it comfortable .

Brilliant clean room with aircon and deck. Very nice. No complaints whatsoever

Authentic family monitizing their place 🇲🇽 and providing a clean and inexpensive place for a brief stay.

They will put in hot water and some point as they grow and that will be better.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed waking up to the crowing of roosters. The veranda was very nice and having private access was a plus. When problems arose - the refridgerator stopped working and the toilet started to overfill and water was escaping the tank - the owner dealt with them quickly. Shower pressure was good. There was a drinking water dispenser with a full bottle available when I arrived.

Biggest problem is there is no sink in the room. Washing hands after using the facilities entailed a trip outside into a common area. I purchased a hose for the washing area - to make the area easier to use. The 'kitchen' was on the veranda - it had no dishes, cutlery, utensils or pots. I had to purchase these items for my stay. The suite across the hall was very loud - television mostly - and it was all day and night long. This unit is at the top of a hill - I would not recommend it if there are any mobility concerns and parking is limited.
