I was told there was parking on site. There wasn't

On arriving at Bay Cottage we was welcomed by very dirty sticky floors and work tops and the whole cottage needed a good clean I aculatey cleaned the floors myself and washed them.I complained about it Norfolf cottages and they was going to imform owners.

The stairs were very dangerous and the place was very cramped we felt the kitchen was very poor quality as was the property

A beautiful quaint little cottage and the location was perfect.

Very steep stairs to the top floor, Just had to take your time but we did get used to them.

Death trap stairs, dirty pans and oven trays, mould on shower ceiling, kitchen tap sprays water in all directions, generally not very clean, dirt between cushions on settee, settee itself cheapest most uncomfortable plastic crap I have ever sat on, pan shelves and top of fire extinguisher disgusting and caked in grease. No real wardrobe to hang clothes, just pegs on the back of doors and a tiny rail in the boiler cupboard of all places.Parking? What parking? Roadside parking is always taken so they shouldn’t pretend there is any. Ended up paying to park overnight every day in carpark up the road. The final insult is the sign asking you to put your used bed linen in a bag for them. You can’t check in until 4.00 and you have to be out by 10.00. What are those cleaners doing for 6 hours that keeps them so busy they can’t put the linen in a bag?? Clearly not cleaning the place!
