"Wonderful place to stay"

10.0

Alex and Sean are exceptional hosts, we absolutely loved having them as hosts. They are extremely helpful and friendly, and have valuable tips for the area. Cabins are small but have really smart layout, so feel really spacious yet cosy at the same time. There is everything you need. It was lovely to find all the essentials for a breakfast, including fresh eggs and bread. It is really peaceful and the location is great for both Dingle Peninsula and Kerry national parks. Others pointed out that limited countertops space was taken by a coffee machine, which we didn't use either(our own aeropress), but they had a foldaway countertop which made it a non-issue. 2 separate duvets - nice, much appreciated. Might do it at home. All the sockets and lights placement makes sense. Everything in that space makes total sense, I am so impressed. So, thank you for a great stay. It was our first time in Ireland and a bit of a everything-at-once tour, I hope to come and stay for longer in that area at some point, this place would be my first choice.

Generally, it is a great place to stay. We got a bit lost finding it despite all the directions provided, it might be easier to give GPS coordinates, or a google maps location on where to turn into the accommodation. I am really bad with direction though, and the hosts met us at the road, were available to help find the right turn

"Lovely but not entirely practical"

9.0

The tiny house was very cute and surprisingly spacious. Alex and Sean were friendly and helpful, and provided very useful directions before we arrived. There was some food in the fridge for us, and a lovely fresh loaf of bread.

The kitchen was quite impractical. The hob was great but we had no need for an oven and could really have used a microwave. Most of the very limited bench space was taken up by a coffee machine that was so complicated we were too scared to use it. It was also very expensive: a third more than all the rest of our accommodation in Ireland (maybe because we only stayed one night).
