Overall, the stay was good, but I was not satisfied with the booking experience. We wanted to make a reservation quite late and planned to check in around midnight. Before booking, I contacted the owner through the website to confirm whether a check-in at that time was possible. He told me that if I didn’t book through Booking.com and instead paid him directly via bank transfer, he would offer me a discount. However, when I pointed out that the price he offered was actually higher than the one listed on Booking.com, I decided to proceed with the booking through the platform. During the time I was filling in the details to complete the reservation, the price on Booking.com was suddenly increased. I found this behavior very unprofessional and unpleasan. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato buono, ma non sono rimasta soddisfatta dell’esperienza di prenotazione. Volevamo prenotare piuttosto tardi e avevamo intenzione di fare il check-in intorno a mezzanotte. Prima di prenotare, ho contattato il proprietario tramite il sito per chiedere se fosse possibile effettuare il check-in a quell’ora. Lui mi ha detto che, se non avessi prenotato tramite Booking.com e avessi invece pagato direttamente con bonifico, mi avrebbe fatto uno sconto. Tuttavia, quando ho fatto notare che il prezzo proposto era in realtà più alto rispetto a quello indicato su Booking.com, ho deciso di procedere con la prenotazione tramite la piattaforma. Nel frattempo, mentre stavo completando i dati per la prenotazione, il prezzo su Booking.com è aumentato improvvisamente. Ho trovato questo comportamento poco professionale e per niente corret.

Eravamo in quattro e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione era ottima, pulito, le lenzuola immacolate e non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio. Consigliamo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per il weekend di Pasqua e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Camera spaziosa, e ben curata. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione strategica, e rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

It was all perfect, very clean, very easy to find, and a perfect view, the bus station was just across the road. I would definitely recommend!!

- extrem weit weg vom allem, bus fahren ist nicht einfach dort, Bettlaken und Kissen waren teilweise schwarz vom dreck, Boden war dreckig und Ameisen.
